Worthy Recognition: "Patricia "Patty" Laughlin works very hard to assure that her students succeed. She has high expectations for her students, and does whatever it takes to help each student reach his or her potential. Patty also works with our students as the Drug Free Club Sponsor, and she always has many students actively participating in this club outside of school. In addition to the unending support she offers her students, she also is an invaluable resource to her colleagues. She serves as a building Literacy Facilitator, she serves on our School Improvement Team, she is an Instructional Team Facilitator and she is just an all around "go to" person to the rest of the staff. She can always be counted on to get the job done. Patty does a great job at Mission and she is truly deserving of the Crystal Apple Award." - Principal Laurie Hanna
