A Masterpiece Design, Inc.: Answering Landscape QuestionsBy: Mike Tipton
I am sure that we will all be glad when spring is here. I assure you that it is just around the corner. It is time to start planning out your landscape for the year. Maybe there is a place in your yard for a new tree. Maybe you would like some privacy in your back yard? Maybe you would like to create a focal point in your yard with some interesting stones or a water feature, or plan that outdoor kitchen you have always dreamed about? We should look at our yards as an extension of our house. You want to carry that living space outdoors. Whether it is a beautiful brick paver patio, a cozy outdoor fireplace, or water feature that ties into your landscape, an extension of your living space. This is the time of year to start planning ahead. You do not want half the season over, before you make things happen. The earlier you get a start, the more chance you have to enjoy your new landscape this year. For many with an established landscape, you might want to consider some additional annuals to add some bright colors to your landscape. Wave petunias do well in a wide variety of locations and come in a wide variety of bright colors. Impatients add a splash of color, even in the shady areas around your home. With the thought of sunshine and spring coming soon, make an appointment with your landscape designer or Horticulturist today!
